No-mayo Chicken Salad
Greek yogurt is the perfect substitute for mayonnaise in chicken salad because it holds the food together and creates the same creamy texture.

Ingredients:
1 large poached (or grilled) boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup diced celery
½ cup craisins
¼ cup diced walnuts

1. Dice the chicken breast, celery and walnuts into small pieces.
