					Banana Nut Pancakes

 - Chop bananas. 
 - Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the walnuts and blueberries. 
 - In a plastic bag, crush walnuts into smaller pieces but don’t reduce to crumbs. 
 - Pour batter directly from blender onto buttered or nonstick skillet. Add walnut pieces and blueberries to each individual pancake as desired. Cook each side until golden brown.
