Ingredients:
6-ounce salmon fillet (skin on or off — your choice)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon olive oil
½ lemon
Tinfoil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Wash and pat salmon dry with paper towel. Place it on sheet of tinfoil large enough to wrap around fish.
3. Spread olive oil over fish.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Squeeze lemon over fish.
6. Wrap tinfoil over salmon until it’s sealed and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
