Make Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Avocado Breakfast Nachos on a Bed of Mini Waffles
I recently fell in love with @thedelicious Instagram account — everything Sarah does is gorgeous and mouthwatering. When I stumbled across her breakfast nachos I, of course, HAD to make them.

So here’s my ode to her waffle breakfast nachos. Feel free to throw in some breakfast sausage or extra bacon to help you start your day.
Breakfast Nachos
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 package mini waffles
- 2 strips of bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Step 1
Toast waffles. Fry bacon and eggs.
Step 2
Slice avocado. Halve tomatoes. Chop jalapeños and bacon.
Step 3
Top toasted waffles with tomatoes, jalapeños, bacon, fried eggs and cheese.
