Roughly dice the apples and pear and thinly slice the orange.
Place the prepared fruit, cinnamon sticks, and pomegranate seeds into a large pitcher.
Add the wine, apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for anywhere from 3 to 24 hours.
Top off each glass of sangria with a splash of club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
