It’s time to get excited about sweet potato season. Instead of eating sweet potatoes plain (yet still delicious), try stuffing them. Sweet potatoes are full of vitamins and beta-carotene, which makes it the healthier option when it comes to potatoes. It’s so rare that something sweet can be healthy so take advantage of it by microwaving, boiling or baking sweet potatoes. Treat yourself and eat it as a snack or a side anytime of the day.
