6 Recipes to Step Up Your Proctor Panini Game

Proctor’s food options can get a little repetitive, to say the least. The next time you’re feeling ~fancy~ and want to let those creative juices flow, head over to the panini press and let your hot, melty, sandwich dreams come true.

If you’ve always been too intimidated by the crowded panini corner in Proc, have no fear, here are some tips and inspiration to build up your confidence. You, too, can be a panini master.

Breakfast Panini

  1. Place slice of cheese on one slice of bread.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of cheese.

  3. Assemble spinach leaves on other slice of bread.

  4. Place sausage on top of spinach.

  5. Carefully place scrambled eggs or fried egg on top of sausage.

Bean and Cheese Quesadilla

  1. Layer slices of cheese on half of the tortilla.

    #SpoonTip: Keep cheese 1/4 inch from the edge of the tortilla to prevent it from melting out.

  2. Evenly sprinkle black beans over the cheese.

  3. Add dashes of hot sauce to taste.

  6. Top with sour cream and salsa.

Chocolate, Raspberry, and Cream Cheese Dessert Panini

  2. Spread raspberry jam on other slice of bread.
