We all have those nights when the thought of eating another hot dog from the dining hall is more than we can handle, but eating out doesn’t agree with our wallets. This easy pasta in a mug recipe requires a few ingredients from the store and doesn’t include the hassle of waking your whole floor up with the use of pots and pans. Trust me, your stomach and the people on your floor will thank you for this one. 

Spinach, Chickpea, and Feta Pasta in a Mug

    In the mug, microwave spinach on high for 2 minutes or until thawed.

    Drain excess liquid using the tines of a fork and transfer spinach to a separate bowl.

    In the mug, combine pasta, salt, and water.

    Place the mug atop a doubled paper towel and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring and adding extra time if needed.

    Stir in spinach, tomatoes, and chickpeas and microwave on high for 60 seconds.
