Banana Nut Bread in a Mug

- Easy
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of baking powder
- a pinch of baking soda
- Non-Stick baking spray or some butter to coat the mug
- Nutella, walnuts, peanut butter, cookie butter, chocolate chips (optional)
