  1. Dice two small plums into small cubes. Add vanilla extract to the diced plums, mix and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. After the mixture has sat overnight, add 1.5 ounce of lemon juice. Add all ingredients and 1 cup of chilled water to the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Let rest for five minutes and strain.
  3. Top with Red Bull Winter Edition Arctic Berry.
