Summer has arrived and that means one thing: it’s finally acceptable to eat ice cream for every meal. Although I will never turn down a bowl of Ben & Jerry’s, I do feel the need to maintain some semblance of healthiness, and, luckily, as per usual, bananas are here to save the day.

These 4 dairy-free ice cream flavors are seriously irresistable. Not to mention, they take less than 5 minutes to whip up (and less than one minute to devour).

Dark Chocolate Raspberry

Cook Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 5 minutes

Servings: 2 half-cup servings

Ingredients:
2 frozen, sliced bananas
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons raspberry jelly

Directions:
1. Put frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor with cocoa powder and raspberries and blend.

2. Swirl in raspberry jelly.

Mango

2 frozen, sliced bananas
1 cup frozen, diced mango

Directions:
1. Blend bananas and mango until smooth.

Peanut Butter and Honey
