Make Your Own Low-Calorie Pumpkin Spice Nut Butter in 4 Minutes

Fall is in full swing, and you can continue the pumpkin madness by upgrading your favorite nut butter for this fall-inspired version with about half the calories. With just one bowl and a few simple ingredients, you can have it ready in under five minutes. You’ll want to lather this spread on everything, or maybe even just eat it straight out of the jar.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
