    Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint and/or basil, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

    Chop up the strawberries and herbs.
