4-Ingredient Christmas Cookies

It’s a shame that coming home for the holidays doesn’t mean leaving procrastination at the doorstep. At school, you procrastinated studying for finals, you procrastinated working on your final paper, and you even procrasticleaned. Now you’re home, it’s Christmas party season, and you’re scrambling to get something together so you don’t show up empty-handed. Fortunately, your procrastination has paid off because these cookies only use 4 ingredients and take less than 15 minutes to make from start to finish. Party on!

 

Easy

 

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8-9 minutes
Total Time: Less than 15 minutes

Servings: approximately 2 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 oz) of red velvet cake mix
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
2 eggs
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate pieces

Optional: Green sprinkles for added holiday cheer

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl.

Optional: Refrigerate 15 minutes (for easier rolling)

3. Drop balls onto greased cookies sheet

4. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
