4-Ingredient White Chocolate Purple Truffles

Truffles are the optimal sweet, because they pack a flavor punch in a bite-sized delight. This recipe puts a new twist on your classic truffles by using white chocolate and dried blueberries.

Adding fruit to your truffle mix cuts through the sweetness and adds a slight tartness, and blueberries with white chocolate make a perfect combination between the two flavors. As a bonus, the truffles come out a cool purple color. With only four ingredients and minimal effort, these fancy sweets might become your new favorite dessert.

Ingredients
  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1.2 oz. freeze dried blueberries
  • Sprinkles optional

Step 1

Grind the freeze dried blueberries to a powder using a coffee grinder or food processor.

Step 2

Bring the heavy cream to a simmer then remove from the heat. Add the butter and powdered blueberries to the heavy cream, then stir until completely combined.

Step 3

Chop the white chocolate and add the heavy cream mixture. Mix together until all of the white chocolate is melted.

Step 4

Cool the chocolate mixture to room temperature. Then, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Step 5

Scoop out the mixture once chilled and roll into golf-ball sized balls.

#SpoonTip: Dust with powdered sugar if the mixture gets too sticky.

Step 6

Decorate as you like and enjoy. Store in a container for up to 1 week.
