- Grind the freeze dried blueberries to a powder using a coffee grinder or food processor. 
- Bring the heavy cream to a simmer then remove from the heat. Add the butter and powdered blueberries to the heavy cream, then stir until completely combined. 
- Chop the white chocolate and add the heavy cream mixture. Mix together until all of the white chocolate is melted. 
- Cool the chocolate mixture to room temperature. Then, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. 
- Scoop out the mixture once chilled and roll into golf-ball sized balls. - #SpoonTip: Dust with powdered sugar if the mixture gets too sticky.
