How to Make Guacamole 4 Ways

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northwestern chapter.

Summer is coming up quickly, and that means cookouts. Time to break out the chips and dip. I’ve got a few guacamole recipes for you to wow your friends.

First we have an easy base recipe if you’ve never made guac before (it’s super simple!). Then I’ve got a cheesy recipe, a bacon recipe, and a tropical fruit recipe. Make any one of these recipes and you’ll have your friends talking about your amazing guac making skills for the rest of the month.

Note: I simplified some of the recipes and made the guac in the video with about a third of the ingredients that you would actually need. If you follow the recipes listed below, the guac you make should feed about four to five people.
