1 shot of crunchy peanut butter
1 medium sized banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 shot of fat free milk
1 shot egg whites
2 shots Chobani plain Greek yogurt
Handful of ice
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender.

(21 and up)

1 shot Vladimir Vodka..2 if you are feeling daring
1 shot orange juice
Handful of ice
Handful of blackberries
Handful of strawberries
1 shot Chobani Greek yogurt
1/2 medium sized banana

The “I Do Yoga on the Reg” Green Smoothie
(I don’t know how you feel about drinking liquid kale, but apparently it’s all the rage)

Small bunch of green grapes, about 10
½ of a medium red apple
1 small bunch of kale (see picture for size)
1 grapefruit wedge
1 orange wedge
1/4 of a medium cucumber
2 shots OJ
