How to Make Baked Lemon and Herb Salmon in 30 Minutes

After a long day at work, I don’t want to spend another hour or more making dinner. It’s at times like these that I wish I had a house elf (sorry Hermione) to cook for me. Unfortunately, no such magical creature exists.

Instead, I typically end up making baked salmon because it’s so simple yet so good. All it takes is a few ingredients, an oven, some foil, and salmon.

Let’s get started.

#SpoonTip: Eat the salmon in the foil for less of a mess, AKA less to clean up.
