Watermelon is arguably the best summer fruit. It’s hydrating, refreshing, and helps reduce soreness in the muscles. Plus, you can almost eat a whole watermelon guilt-free.

In order to make this delicious, restorative smoothie you will need frozen watermelon. It’s quite simple and can keep in your freezer for over a year: slice the melon in cubes, freeze in a Ziplock bag, and you’re ready to go.

Better get blending and enjoy your slim summer protein drink.
