Swiss Roll Bomb Cake

- 1 box packaged strawberry cream Swiss rolls
- 2 cup softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup softened pistachio ice cream

Cut each roll in 5 or 6 slices.

Line a medium-sized bowl with plastic wrap.

Line the bowl with the slices of the rolls. Push the slices against the bowl and fill in gaps with extra pieces.

Add softened ice cream into the bowl and spread to cover all the cake. Leave a crater-shaped cavity in the middle for the second ice cream.

Freeze for 8 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.

Fill in the hole with the pistachio ice cream.
