It’s officially summer and you are craving Mallomars. Unfortunately, Mallomars are only available from October until March and unlike others, you did not stock up for summer. No worries though, with this recipe, you don’t have to wait until October. Everything taste better homemade, right?
By homemade, we mean three ingredients and six steps. These treats are simple, delicious, and will make your mother proud of your baking skills.

- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour
- Servings: 40 mallomars
Cut each graham cracker into 8 smaller pieces.
Cut the bottom of the marshmallows off, exposing the sticky side.
Stick your marshmallows onto the graham crackers.
Pour your chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave for longer if necessary, until all the chocolate is melted.
Dip each marshmallow into the chocolate, and cover completely, using the graham crackers as a way to hold it.
If you don’t eat them immediately, place in the freezer or refrigerator, to harden the chocolate. Enjoy!
