Banana and Nutella Spring Rolls

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 10 spring roll wrappers, defrosted
  • Ice cream (optional)
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes

Step 1

Place a small pot of oil (about 1 inch deep) on the stove over medium heat.

Step 2

Cut the bananas lengthwise in half, and then into slices.

Spread some Nutella in the middle of a spring roll wrapper.

Step 4

Place banana slices over the Nutella.

Step 5

Fold up the bottom of the spring roll wrapper.

Step 6

Fold in the sides of the wrapper. Dab some water on the remaining flap, and roll to seal the spring roll.


Step 7

Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and place on a paper towel to drain.

Step 8

Serve with some ice cream. Enough said.
