Try these fun & flirty salad dressings that make clean eating not suck.

Thai Peanut Ginger Carrot Dressing

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • Total Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 carrots
  • 7 cilantro stems
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoon PB2
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoon water

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 10-30 seconds or until smooth.

Avocado Goddess Dressing

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 15 cilantro stems
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon water

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Orange Cranberry Jalapeño Vinaigrette

  • Cook Time: 1 minute

Ingredients
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/6 medium red onion
  • 5 cilantro stems
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon water

Step 1

Remove the orange rinds by either peeling them or cutting them off.

Step 2

Remove the ribs and seeds of the jalapeño so you don’t burn your mouth off.

Step 3

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times until smooth but still a little chunky (like good salsa).
