Holiday Items Are Back on Trader Joe’s Shelves

The final months of the calendar year are the most wonderful time of the year to be close to a Trader Joe’s, because the fan-favorite grocery store swoops in like Santa with his sack of presents to shower us with tasty holiday products. While we were graced with pumpkin and apple flavored everything earlier this fall, shoppers are now reporting the appearance of Thanksgiving and even Christmas items returning to the store. Here’s what to be on the look out for when you make your next trip to Trader Joe’s.

What Thanksgiving products does Trader Joe’s have?

While it might be tempting to skip over the Thanksgiving line up in favor of Christmas goods, Trader Joe’s has some scrumptious Thanksgiving offerings that are truly worth trying. Plus, if you haven’t heard, they’ve dropped a corn-scented Can of Corn Candle that is dividing the internet.

The Thanksgiving snack game is strong, with shoppers having spotted stuffing-flavored popcorn, rosemary-flavored nut mix, Butter Toffee Pretzels, chip dips including cranberry Orange, and Blue Cheese Roasted Pecan, Roasted Turkey and Sweet Potato burritos, and Cranberry Clementine Greek Yogurt. If you’re feeling thirsty after all those snacks, TJ’s has brought back the beloved Sparkling Honey Crisp Apple Juice and Sparkling Pomegranate punch, and introduced a new Sparkling Cranberry Ginger Brew.

Plus, if you’re shopping for Thanksgiving dinner, TJ’s has got you covered with all kinds of traditional offerings including Turkey Gravy, Herbed Dinner Rolls, cranberry sauce, Cream of Portobello Mushroom Soup, Cornbread Stuffing, and Cornbread Mix. To finish it all off, they’ve added pumpkin, pecan, and even cranberry pies, plus pie ingredients, to their shelves for dessert.

There are even more Thanksgiving items coming your way that shoppers haven’t yet seen, including stuffing-flavored chips (which get my personal recommendation), Cinnamon Bun Spread, and a variety of home goods. Trader Joe’s dropped the full list earlier this week. Just try not to stuff yourself (like a turkey) because there’s still the Christmas items to unwrap.

What Christmas products does Trader Joe’s have?

It’s looking like a winter wonderland at Trader Joe’s as they have not delayed in dropping December-y and Christmas items. So it’s only fair we won’t delay the news that the beloved Jingle Jangle mix is officially back. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

As is appropriate for the holiday season, Trader Joe’s has treats galore, starting with multiple kinds of hot chocolate mix (a peppermint hot chocolate and their Drinking Chocolate mix) and hot chocolate bombs and add-ins. Classic Christmas treats including pannetonne, Marzipan Stollen, and gingerbread house kits have been spotted decking the shelves, as have many, many varieties of chocolates including truffles, fudge, and sea salt caramels.

If you’re doing a cookie exchange and don’t like baking, have no fear because Trader Joe’s is here with a slew of festive cookies including but in no way limited to Mug Hanger gingerbread man cookies, Sleigh Ride cookies, the classic Candy Cane Joe Joe’s, Candy Cane Baton Wafer Cookies, and Danish Butter Cookies.

A number of festive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages have popped on shelves, including their Sugar Plum Sparkling Beverage, Winter Welcome Ale, Winter Ride Double Bock Lager, and their O’Nog, an oat-edition of eggnog. Plus, if you’re looking to take a break from eating and drinking, TJ’s has a wide variety of advent calendars and decorative greenery made out of felt.

If all this is what they have now, at the very beginning of the holiday season, it’s not hard to imagine there is more to come (especially when you look at last year’s line up). Tis the season to be jolly…and in a Trader Joe’s.
