Taco Bell’s Cheez-It Crunchwrap Is Back & Bigger Than Ever

2024 is the year of the Cheez-It. From a diner pop-up to collaborating with Love Island’s Kordell Odell to Taco Bell, the cheez-y snack brand is pretty much everywhere. Its collaboration with Taco Bell in May was a fan-favorite and it’s finally back and even cheez-ier. Originally showcased at the fast food chain’s inaugural Live Más LIVE event earlier this year in February, fans of the Taco Bell’s Cheez-It crunchwrap can get their hands on the cheez-y menu items for a limited time starting Friday, September 20.

What items are back on the menu and what makes them better?

The Cheez-It lineup features four items: the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, an a la carte Big Cheez-It, the Big Cheez-It Tostada, and the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo. What more could an avid snacker and Taco Bell fan want?

The Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, which originally featured one Big Cheez-It cracker, now boasts two. The crackers are inside Taco Bell’s classic Crunchwrap Supreme that includes seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, cool reduced-fat sour cream, and diced tomatoes, according to Taco Bell’s press release. The Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme is only $5.49, a price that sounds super appealing to a college student’s bank account.

Not into the Crunchwrap? No problem. Taco Bell is offering the Big Cheez-It a la carte for only $1. According to the press release, “this supersized cracker is 16x bigger than a regular sized Cheez-It and grants fans the power to craft their own cheesy innovations at home.” The possibilities are endless.

The $2.99 Big Cheez-It Tostada is back in its original glory, featuring the oversized cracker topped with Taco Bell’s signature beef, diced tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and cool reduced-fat sour cream.

To end it off, the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo has returned, which includes the upgraded Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a beefy 5-Layer burrito, nacho fries, and a medium fountain drink all for $9.99. That’s a steal if I’ve ever seen one.

Taco Bell re-released the Big Cheez-It to show its “commitment to listening to its fans,” the press release said. The upgraded items reflect feedback from fans on what they’re looking for to “satisfy their wildest cheez-y cravings.”

How do I get Taco Bell’s Cheez-It lineup?

Just like the original drop of the Cheez-It partnership, the Big Cheez-It items will be available at participating locations nationwide starting Sept. 20 for a limited time while supplies last.

Who knows how long that could be? This just means to make your way to your nearest Taco Bell, I know I am. I’ll just have to make the tough decision of which Cheez-It menu item to order.
