As Valentine’s Day fast approaches, store shelves are filled with heart-shaped merchandise for sale, houses are adorned with pink decorations and restaurants are rolling out their own Valentine’s Day-themed menu items. While an upscale dinner and night out on Valentine’s Day is always a special tradition, fast food restaurants are celebrating the holiday all month long.
Throughout February, the best fast food Valentine’s Day items will range from an array of pink, heart-shaped and strawberry-flavored treats that you can enjoy to get in the romantic spirit at any time.
Applebee’s
Love is in the air with Applebee’s $6 Valentine’s Day cocktails. The restaurant’s annual $6 Smoocho Sips deal is back with two unique cocktails to enjoy alone or with your special someone.
Anyone who enjoys a fruity beverage will delight in the return of Applebee’s Tipsy Cupid drink, a lemonade spiked with Smirnoff vodka, orange liqueur, strawberry, and lemon sour. Those looking for a sour tang can enjoy the new Prickly Ever After Rita drink, which mixes Cuervo Tradicional Blanca tequila with orange liqueur, lime, and prickly pear. Both drinks are topped with gummy lips for a playful touch.
Applebee’s is also offering a non-alcoholic mocktail to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The Prickly Melon Rush combines watermelon-flavored Red Bull, prickly pear, lime juice, and lemon lime soda for a tart drink.
All of Applebee’s Valentine’s Day speciality drinks are available now so you can start feeling the love well ahead of the romantic holiday.
