If you have never heard of Yotam Ottolenghi, then let me introduce you. Yotam Ottolenghi is a world renown chef that was born in Israel. After living in Amsterdam, he moved to London and is now a citizen of the UK.

Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi opened up a deli in 2002 near Notting Hill. He soon opened up three more delis. He now also owns two restaurants and has five cookbooks, with a sixth one coming out later this year.

While everyone one of Ottolenghi's recipes are truly delicious, I did the dirty work for you and found the best of the best of his creations. These recipes can all be found in three of his cookbooks, Ottolenghi, Plenty More, and Jerusalem.

These are the three most popular books of his and hold three very different sets of recipes. Look up the recipe online or in each book. Trust me, you won't regret it.
