With 2020 having just started a little over a week ago, it’s truly amazing to see where this year and decade will take us all; including Truly Hard Seltzer. The company has just launched and announced their hard lemonade, which is the first of its kind, and I’d like to tell you more about it.
Give me the details
Coming in four different flavors, which include Original Lemonade, Black Cherry Lemonade, Mango Lemonade, and Strawberry Lemonade, Truly Hard Seltzer just launched these bad boys out on the market, and will be hitting store shelves this month. The lemonade comes in a 12 pack, with three slim cans of each flavor for you to enjoy. Each can has an alcohol by volume level of 5%, 100 calories, a gram of sugar, three grams of carbs, and is gluten free. The nice thing about this offering from Truly Hard Seltzer is that compared to current in-market hard lemonades that carry more than 30 grams of sugar and 220 calories per 12 oz serving, Truly Lemonade has a fraction of the sugar and calories without sacrificing any flavor.
What else is there to know?
Casey O’Neill, Senior Manager of Product Development at The Boston Beer Company has stated that “We took the feedback from drinkers and created Truly Lemonade for those looking for more flavor than traditional hard seltzer yet not willing to compromise on calories, carbs or sugar; it really is the best of both worlds and brings together flavor and refreshment in a way that nothing else in the category does right now. Drinkers will have to taste it to believe it, but we’re confident they’ll love Truly Lemonade as much as we do.” Roger that.
Truly Lemonade will be available nationwide in January 2020 in a variety 12-pack (Original Lemonade, Black Cherry Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Mango Lemonade) and 16oz and 24oz single-serve cans of Original Lemonade, with prices varying by market. In addition to that, Truly recently partnered with 12 artists to design one-of-a-kind boxes inspired by each of the revamped Truly flavors. The Truly Flavor Drop x Artist collaboration will continue with Truly Lemonade as the campaign rolls out over February and March.
Needless to say, I truly believe that good things and bad things alike happen for a reason, and with this new release from Truly Hard Seltzer, it’s safe to say that life just got a little bit better; truly.
