Trader Joe's Bruschetta and Lentil Recipe Made Easy

Even better though, it is healthy and takes about five minutes to make. With just one quick stop at Trader Joe's, you can create a quick and easy dish that will leave you coming back for more.

Ingredients
  • Trader Joe's steamed lentils 17.6 ounces
  • 1 tub Trader Joe's fresh bruschetta sauce 14.5 ounces

Step 1

Take the bag of lentils out of the box and prick holes in the bag with a knife. Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Take the hot lentils out of the microwave and put them into a large bowl.

Add the bruschetta sauce to the bowl of lentils.

Mix with a spoon, until all the lentils have been covered in the sauce.
