Dippin’ Dots Is Releasing New Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Bites

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Union chapter.

Dippin’ Dots, known for creating the ice cream of the future, will release new Birthday Cake Cookie Dough bites later this year. According to Instagram user @junkbanter who shared the news, they’re a sweet bite of Funfetti-like cookie dough covered in a white fudge layer and “are pretty damn addictive.” They bites will also come in a chocolate-chip variety.

If you’ve been wanting to try edible cookie dough, sold at places like DŌ in NYC or by The Cookie Dough Café, but haven’t been down to pay the shipping costs, these grocery store-bought snacks are going to change that. Plus, even if you have tried cookie dough from one of those trendy shops, nothing beats having cookie dough in the comfort of your own home, and in bite sizes. Netflix and cookie dough, anyone?

Beyond ice cream and dough, Dippin’ Dots recently expanded the brand with a new cereal, as well. The cereal comes in two flavors, Banana Split and Cookies ‘n Cream. (Another great Netflix pairing, amirite?)

Even though there isn’t too much info on Dippin’ Dots new cookie dough release yet, we do know that it’s going to be hitting shelves sometime this year and it sounds unreal, so get stay tuned. Keep your eye out for Dippin’ Dots in new forms in the coming months.

Hi! I'm a senior, Psychology major at Union and I'm a firm believer that cheese and chocolate should be their own food groups. If I'm not writing articles for Spoon, I'm definitely stalking food instas or watching every show on the Food Network.
