Baked By Melissa took the bakery world by storm with its incredibly cute and delicious mini cupcakes. With a variety of flavors, it seemed as if there was a cupcake flavor that everyone would love. BUT...dairy and eggs are also key ingredients in cupcakes, so people with food restrictions or vegans weren't able to hop on the trend.
This all changed because, on September 5, 2019, Baked By Melissa launched 6 new cupcake flavors that are entirely vegan. They are still just as adorable and bite-sized as the original favorites. I can't wait to put in an order and try them ASAP.
