Flour batter deep fried in a circular shape and then dipped in sugar syrup, makes a crisp and sweet Jalebi. It is the perfect dessert to enjoy around winter. One can easily find sweet shops with people lined up to receive a fresh batch of jalebis, when the winter is at its height.
