Bacon: possibly one of the greatest words known to mankind. We, as a species, obviously love the food, but did you realize that someone loved it enough to give it its own day? The Saturday before Labor Day has been dubbed “International Bacon Day” (a.k.a. the best day of my life)… What are you going to do about it? Instead of smelling “scratch and sniff” bacon stickers all day long or eating enough — straight– to make your friends worry, whip up one of these dishes in recognition of the King of All Meats:
