In recent years, the paleo diet has made its grand debut in the food community. This diet is centered around the idea of eating in the same manner as humans did prior to the Agricultural Revolution. It involves the removal of dairy, gluten, and processed sugars from your diet, among a plethora of things.

At first glance, the paleo diet may seem intimidating. But don’t be fooled. Paleo food can be hearty, delicious, and extremely satisfying.
