11 Healthy Ways to Take Your Breakfast Toast to the Next Level

We’ve all skipped breakfast before – it’s so easy to just run out the door without spending any extra time to make some food that you’re not even hungry for yet. But skipping breakfast can have negative effects on your health, so don’t do it. These easy toasts won’t hold you up and they’ll give you the energy you need until lunchtime. Tomorrow’s a new day so get to toastin’.

1. Avocado Egg Toast

So we’ll start with the classic. This original protein-filled breakfast toast is the ultimate kick-start you need in the morning. You can spice it up or down as much as you like – by adding chili flakes Sriracha or taking away the egg the reveal a beautifully simplistic breakfast.

2. Strawberry Honey Ricotta Toast

This toast is for those of you who like a little sweet treat in the morning. Although it may be sweet, this toast will still give you some health benefits. Strawberries are full of Vitamin C, ricotta is a great source of protein, and honey is a great alternative to granulated sugar. Not a fan of strawberries? You can make the toast with bananas, too.

5. Peanut Butter, Banana, and Granola Toast
