We're just a couple of weeks into Lent and it looks like we're already out of ideas about what to eat on Fridays! For many of us, meatless dishes during Lent do not go much further than pizza. But how many times can you really eat pizza?! Okay, maybe you can eat it a lot, but some change is always good! Here are 10 meat-free options to try every Friday before Easter:

1. Eggs

Whether you like them on bread, with veggies, in a salad or all by their lonesome, eggs are the perfect substitute for your favorite protein in just about any dish!

2. Peanut Butter & Jelly

7. Grilled Cheese
