How to Make Your Coffee Creamy Without Adding Milk

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at McGill chapter.

Coconut oil has emerged as the “it” fat for its nutritious quantities of medium-chain fatty acids (which can help you lose weight), its antibacterial lauric acid content, its ability to lower cholesterol and of course, its delicious taste.

While cooking with coconut oil is great, putting it in your cuppa’ joe is another amazing way to consume this healthy fat, and will make you feel nourished and energized all morning.

Blending the coconut oil into the coffee creates an incredibly creamy and smooth cup of coffee, far surpassing the abilities of any cream or milk.  It is also a dairy-free solution for lactose-intolerant folks, which means that everyone can enjoy a superb coffee latte.
