While your ice cream and wine addictions may not exactly be doctor recommended, a fruit addiction is never a bad one to have. Fruits provide nutrients that are vital to your health and maintenance of your body. Just check out this list of health benefits that comes from eating fruit.

Spring is the perfect time to amp up your fruit intake and make your body as healthy as possible. Here are some perfect recipes for spring that are going to make you go crazy for fruit.
