A staple at all carnivals has turned into a magical cold drink. After testing four different cotton candy frappuccino recipes and combinations of ingredients, I finally got the flavor right. We cracked the code. #winning

    Blend ice cream, milk, ice, raspberry jam, and sprinkles. Pour frap mixture into cup.

    Mix Cool Whip and strawberry Jell-o mix together. Put mixture into a baggie.

    Snip the corner off of the baggie and pipe the top of the frappuccino with jello mixture and sprinkles. Enjoy!
