3 Ridiculously Easy Summer Drinks Anyone Can Make

After a long school year of kegs, boxed wine and Rubinoff of every flavor imaginable, we all deserve a break from the standard college drinks. Unfortunately, that’s usually all we can afford (because all of our money goes towards alcohol).

But don’t let that be an excuse. We’ve all just survived another semester of late night studying or working our 9-to-5 co-ops and we deserve drinks that make us look like we have our lives somewhat figured out.

Luckily, this isn’t so hard to do. Using simple ingredients paired with your favorite cheap drink of choice, you can be sipping on an Instagram-worthy cocktail in no time.

Summer Shandy

  1. Mix equal parts beer, lemonade and ginger ale.

Coconut Mojito

  1. Place mint leaves on the bottom of your glass.

  2. Squeeze the lime over the mint.

  3. Add the rum and Bai Molokai Coconut and shake it all up.

  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge (the classier the better).

  5. Optional — Blend your mojito with ice to make frozen. Preferably drank poolside.

Champagne Popsicles

  1. Pop the bottle of champagne and cheer loudly.

  2. Pour champagne into your glass.

  3. Stick your popsicle of choice into the glass with the stick coming out of the drink.

  4. Watch in awe as your drink changes colors.

  5. Take popsicle out to lick as often as desired.
