How to Make Parmesan Garlic Dip

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northwestern chapter.

A weekend on the lake is not a retreat without some tasty snacks to binge on between boat rides. We all love lazy weekends of convenient dinners, like delivery fried chicken, and indulgences like baking a boxed cake for dessert. But if you’re going to make anything homemade it’s gotta be Parmesan dip. This dip is rich and flavorful, excellent for raw veggies such as baby carrots, broccoli and peppers. Whether you’re on the dock, or at home, stake your claim on the bowl—it’ll be gone faster than you’d imagine.
