Giant Ginger, Apple Cinnamon, Snickerdoodle, Pumpkin Spice Skillet Cookie

Sometimes it’s really hard to decide on an apple cider doughnut, a pumpkin muffin, a ginger cookie, or anything cinnamon-y when it’s fall. How are we supposed to choose between all of these delicious, warm and cozy fall flavors? The answer is we’re not. Choosing is too difficult, which is why I made this epic skillet cookie that combines all of our favorite autumn flavors in one pan. Make it now, thank me later.

Ginger Molasses Cookie Batter

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and butter or spray an 8-inch skillet.

    #SpoonTip: If you don’t own a skillet you can easily use a cake pan. But seriously, buy a skillet. Everything tastes better when you bake it in a skillet.

  2. Beat together the butter and sugar with a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy.

  3. Add in the molasses and egg, and beat again until everything is combined.

Apple Cinnamon Cookie Batter

    Now that all of your doughs are made, you can put an equal amount of each into your skillet. You can separate the different flavors, as shown, or your can layer or swirl them. Whatever floats your autumn-themed boat.
