The Easiest Focaccia Pizza Any College Kid Can Make

This super simple yet seriously flavorful focaccia pizza takes everyones favorite dinner to the next level. I mean, c’mon, fresh homemade pizza vs. a greasy box of Domino’s you’ll regret right after you eat it is not even comparable.

Focaccia Pizza

  1. Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350ºF.

    Slice focaccia in half and lay on baking tray.

    In a bowl mix together tomato paste, diced onion and half of the chopped basil. Add water one teaspoon at a time until desired sauce consistency is reached.

    Spread tomato sauce over focaccia. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Top with semi-thick slices of mozzarella and the rest of the chopped basil for flavor.

    Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Then slice into triangles and serve warm.
