Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Boats You Can Make in the Toaster Oven

There’s no dessert quite like the banana split, that classic blend of fruit and ice cream. Unfortunately, it’s not the healthiest of options, and prepping it can be pretty messy.

If you love banana desserts but want a healthier option, try this PB&J banana boat. All you need is some common household foods and a toaster oven, and in twenty minutes you can whip up this healthy take on a classic treat. And there’s granola on it, so technically it can be breakfast.
