How to Make French Toast Bites in a Toaster Oven

You know it’s going to be a good day when you start it with French toast. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to a stove or oven, or the time to make this breakfast treat the best it can be.

As it turns out, all you need to make French toast on the go is a toaster oven and some tinfoil. So next time you’re in a rush and your roommate’s hogging the stove, you won’t have to miss out on the most important meal of the day.

Toaster Oven French Toast

Ingredients

• 2 slices bread
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Instructions

1. 
   

   Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.

2. 
   

   Dice bread into small cubes.

3. 
   

   Soak the bread cubes thoroughly in the mixture.

4. 
   

   Fold tin foil into a tray by turning up the edges.

5. 
   

   Place the bread cubes onto the tray.

6. 
   

   Bake in toaster oven 25 minutes at 400℉.

7. 
   

   Remove from oven and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
