Did you ever wish for a side dish you could whip together in no time, yet impress your friends with at a potluck? Well look no further because this year you can blow your friends’ minds with this Thanksgiving stuffing.

Not only is this stuffing recipe extremely easy and quick to put together, but it utilizes mostly pantry ingredients so you don’t have to break the bank. This recipe calls for a baguette, however feel free to use any bread you have on hand.

Stuffing For Two

  • Prep Time:5 minutes
  • Cook Time:25 minutes
  • Total Time:30 minutes

  • Medium

    Ingredients

  • 1 demi baguette
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup chicken stock, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Cut the baguette into small cubes.

    Chop all the carrots, celery, and onion into a fine dice. Mince the garlic.

  • Step 3

    Heat a sauté pan with the vegetable oil and butter. Saute the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and dried rosemary.

  • Step 4

    Add in the baguette cubes, cranberries and chicken stock. Mix to combine. Place everything onto a baking pan and roast for 20 minutes.
