These Chips are Made Out of Shredded Cheese and They’re Amazing

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at FSU chapter.

What’s great about these cheesy crisps is that the recipe involves one or two ingredients (depending if you want to add spices) and it is super quick. So you can make it dozens of times. I mean, why not? It’s so simple.

Even better is that there are so many cheese and spice combinations, so you can make them different each time. They’re delicious alone or with your favorite sauce, dip or dressing — I tried them with ranch and blue cheese. Yes, I wanted more cheese to go with my cheese.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure to give each scoop space, because they will expand while baking.

SpoonTip: It MUST be parchment paper — foil will not work.

Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown.

#SpoonTip: You can keep them in longer if you prefer them to be crunchier or more golden brown.

  5. When done, allow them to cool. You can dunk them into sauce, dip or dressing; or devour them plain.
