How to Make French Toast out of Frozen Waffles

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at U Mich chapter.

You wake up mid-afternoon and your stomach is immediately begging for a pile of warm french toast from the fancy brunch place down the street, but your wallet is empty from last night’s late night pizza. Uh-oh.

But don’t freak out just yet. Head over to ALDI, grab some frozen waffles and a few fresh ingredients, and turn ’em into the gourmet french toast you can’t afford for only $0.55. In under fifteen minutes. In your microwave. This is real.
