Feeling creative this weekend, I combined two of my favorite college food staples, pancake mix and cereal, to create the ultimate Sunday brunch. To my pleasant surprise, Cocoa Pebbles, pancakes and a little chocolate cream cheese made quite the pairing. These Cocoa Pebbles Pancakes are the perfect pancake to satisfy all of your chocolate cravings, and not to mention, will get you through the rest of the week ahead of you.

Ingredients
Instructions
Make a bowl of cereal with 1/4 cup of Cocoa Pebbles and 1/2 cup of milk. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes; next, strain the cereal from the milk so you are left with just the chocolate infused milk.
Combine 3 cups of pancake mix with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of the chocolate milk you made. Add in 1/2 cup of Cocoa Pebbles cereal to your mixture.
Make at least 5 extra large pancakes and spread the cream cheese mixture in between each layer as you stack your pancakes (make sure to put the cream cheese on the top layer too).
Sprinkle any extra Cocoa Pebbles on the top layer and then enjoy.
